charmed by the location
great location comfortable bed super clean room
i found the location amazing for transport. shopping and bars were nearby. the bed was really comfortable and the room was super clean. it reminded me of everything was designed for convenience, which i really appreciated!!!

Acceptable Hotel Experience
convenient location excellent breakfast warm room continuous noise
The location proved ideal. It was only minutes from the train station (very convenient for travel) and a short walk to nearby shops. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.
The room I had was quite warm. The window only opened slightly so the room remained stuffy. This meant I had to keep the window open to get the room to a tolerable temperature, resulting in continuous noise.

missing lights cracked sink
the location was okay, near the train station.
The room was shockingly shabby. It felt very dated. two lights were missing, and the sink in the bathroom had a huge crack. also, i couldn't get the water temperature right. It was either scalding or ice-cold. this made showering a real pain.

A LOVELY Stay!
ideal location amazing staff
The location was ideal, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. Check-in staff were amazing, facilitating luggage storage and later placing it directly into the rooms. I found the staff AMAZING. The hotel maintained an really good level of cleanliness throughout my entire visit.
The road signage leading to the car park was somewhat unclear, posing a minor inconvenience. Navigational apps unfortunately directed me down a bus lane, potentially resulting in a fine.

The staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful at all times. They demonstrated professionalism and eagerness to assist with any requests. I felt very welcome.

friendly staff delicious breakfast clean room good price
staff are indeed friendly. breakfast was delicious with much choice. i appreciated to find a room so clean. it was easy book online, i did get good price, booked it ten months earlier.
shower head are broken, that mean bad water pressure. seemed like i was under leaky pipe. it should be tested before people stay.

confusing streets parking address
The breakfast was ok, but I wish the coffee had been hotter.
The GPS took us to the opposite side of the street and it was hard to find my way around with all the one-way streets. I had to get my partner to walk to the hotel. I asked reception for the parking address, but it was still quite confusing.
